The ambiance of this 1930’s inspired suite, complete with stucco walls, offers you a pleasant living space of 90m2 on two floors, suitable for three people.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room, which gives way to a private terrace, with a sitting area and garden equipped with a large outdoor umbrella. This floor also includes a large dressing area. The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.
The “American” style open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven with a stove, and microwave. This suite is also equipped with a washer/dryer and a WC with sink on the ground floor.
On the second floor you will find the space tastefully illuminated by luxurious lighting and decorated in the “Murano” style. This floor holds a large bed, a desk and dressing area. There is a separate alcove with a sleeper couch to accommodate a third person. A door gives way to a private balcony. The welcoming bathroom upstairs has a shower, soaking tub and WC.
